Itemised customer invoices: An itemised invoice is a document that is used to provide an itemised statement for a client when goods and/or services are purchased. Each item or service must be listed per line.
Provide server or activity logs showing proof that the customer accessed or downloaded the purchased digital product after the payment was made. Ideally include IP addresses, corresponding timestamps, and any detailed recorded activity.
Any communication with the customer (including dates of contact proving that they received the product or service, or demonstrating their use of or satisfaction with the product or service). If you have multiple items of this type, consolidate them into a single file. A PDF A screenshot of a text conversation. Email exchange.
Provide copies of your license agreement, terms of service, and other documentation that the customer agreed to before accessing the digital goods.

DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS Your documents must meet specific requirements in order to be accepted for further review of the account:
The information in these documents, for example business name, business address, company registration number, VAT number etc. should match the info on your Vaipn account.
Documents must be clear and large enough to read.
Documents must be valid and representative of up-to-date registration.
If this information is spread across multiple pages of your document, please upload a PDF containing all the relevant pages.

Due to the highly sensitive nature of your verification documents, Vaipn can only accept documents which are uploaded through the Dashboard. Documents must not be sent through email.

How is the monthly subscription paid on Vaipn?
We will charge you directly from your Vaipn balance. if you do not have the needed amount in your Vaipn balance, you will be emailed with a notification stating that you have insufficient funds in your account.

If your account becomes overdrawn, you should deposit money into your account as soon as possible. by receiving payments on your account. The amounts you received must be sufficient to cover the Vaipn monthly subscription.

Important: You have until the next run date to correct the problem, or the subscription is terminated. and you will no longer be able to accept payments.
After 29 days of the renewal date, your account will be canceled and you will no longer be able to accept payments.

Before you can use Vaipn, you need to complete the payment setup. Your payment method will not be charged until your account is approved.

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION Your monthly subscription will start when Vaipn confirms your payment and will continue for a period of thirty days. When you purchase a monthly subscription, auto-renew is automatically selected in your Vaipn Account. You authorize us to store your payment and to automatically charge your payment method every month until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time within any 30-day subscription period. However, any cancellation will only become effective at the end of the 30-day subscription period it was submitted in. No refunds and/or rebates will be paid for any part of the 30-day subscription. Because there’s no annual contract, your monthly rate is subject to change, but you will be notified of any change in your monthly rate with the option to cancel in accordance with these terms.

Cancel an Active Subscription, You can cancel a subscription at any time on the Vaipn Subscription Detail page.
IMPORTANT: Canceled subscriptions cannot be reactivated. Use this function ONLY if you need to permanently cancel a subscription from processing on the payment gateway. No further action can be taken for a canceled subscription.

To cancel an active subscription:
Step 1: Go to subscription detail page.
Step 2: Click Cancel Subscription. A confirmation message appears asking if you would like to continue.
Step 3: Click Yes to continue or click Cancel to cancel the action.
